Do you have a free trial period?
Yes, all new signups, including your paid premium accounts, are eligible for a 30-day free trial period. However, upgrades of existing plans do not qualify for this offer.

Can I cancel during my 30-day free trial?
Yes, you can cancel a paid account at any time during the 30-day trial period. You will not be charged during this period. Remember, personal accounts are free accounts and do not require cancellation.

Can I upgrade a plan?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan any time. Premium plans offer you upto 80 Gigabytes of online storage, enhanced security options, redundant backups and a dedicated server. Depending on your specific needs our sales representatives can customize a package that best fits your organization and your budget. Upgrades often take effect immediately. And there is no additional setup or installation fee for an upgrade.

What do I have to pay to add a user to my account?
Nothing. You can add any number of users to your account. You are only limited by the storage quota available on your plan.

Is my data safe?
We take the safety and security of your data very seriously. This is why your data is stored on a redundant server cluster managed at Hostway's new state-of-the-art data center in Chicago. To ensure mimimal downtime in case of a calamity, your data is also backedup on a weekly basis at a secure storage location in San Fransisco.

Can I get my data back?
Yes. Its your data and we respect that. We will mail your entire database and all your online files on DVD to the address registered on your account. All customers of paid plans are entitled to this service. You can request this service, by sending us a mail to support@myolive.net.

When and how will I be billed?
If you are signed up for a paid account, your credit card will be billed automatically every billing cycle.

How can I make a payment?
You can make a payment online using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express card. At present, we accept payment exclusively on the Internet.

Can I import data into my accounting software?
Yes. You can export your data into any of the standard accounting solution including Quickbooks or Simply Accounting. Please contact customer support for instructions on how to do this.
